Your Function:

Preparation and dispatch of national sales invoices.

Follow up of delivery notes for national transports

Stock follow-up and distribution of Construx- and work clothes

Site-related practical and administrative matters

Small deliveries / pick-ups / orders

Welcoming and catering for customers

Appointments for maintenance of cars + logistics

HR support (leave, sickness, work clothes, fruit ....)

Ad hoc reports

Your profile:

Bachelor degree or sufficient relevant experience

Fluent in Dutch, English and French are a plus

Well acquainted with Microsoft 365

Administratively accurate, punctual and can work autonomously

Communicative, assertive, an organizational talent

Working in the world of construction and building appeals to you
