  • 50/50 Joint venture with Constructie Demyttenaere, a construction company in Hulste (BE), Est. 1972, owned by Ward Demyttenaere

2011

  • Launch of the Tricon steel shuttering system, developed and produced in-house
  • Establishment of our 1st rental depot in Genk (BE)

2012

  • 100% Acquisition of Concrete Systems, a formwork company in Roeselare (BE), Est. 1991: 2nd rental depot in Belgium
  • Launch of the Conalu aluminium shuttering system

2014

  • 100% Acquisition of Dijkhor, a formwork manufacturing company in Veenendaal (NL), Est. 1988

2016

  • Expansion with a 2nd production facility, Hulste (BE)

  • 100% Acquisition of Weckenmann Anlagentechnik, precast circulation plant specialist in Dormettingen and Staßfurt (DE), Est. 1957

2024

  • Opening of a rental depot in our production facility in Bucharest (RO)
  • Partnership with JB Concrete (FR)
  • 9 sites - 380+ employees - € 70 million turnover

  • Expansion with a 3rd production facility in Hulste (BE)
  • Relocation of the Roeselare (BE) rental depot to a new facility adjacent to the main production site in Hulste (BE)
  • 100% Acquisition of CBE Group and Acimex, global leader of moulds and automated circulation plants for precast tunnel segments and advanced vacuum and mechanical lift- and handling systems
