Employee invoicing and accounting

Construx is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of formwork systems and precast moulds for concrete elements, both for use on the site or construction site and in the production or prefabrication hall. We are a pioneer in the concrete industry and in the development of formwork in particular. This means that we are constantly pushing boundaries with our customers in discovering new processes, technologies and implementation methods. We design and produce formwork systems and concrete moulds in a way that no one has ever shown us before.
Due to further expansion of our project business, we are looking for a full-time
Employee invoicing and accounting

As an employee invoicing and accounting you will have the following (broad) range of tasks:
- Preparing and sending national sales invoices
- Check and follow up the outgoing invoices
- Participating in the monthly closing
- Managing the vehicle fleet at group level (+50 vehicles)
- Follow-up of internal administration regarding leasing and credits
- Processing payroll accounting entries (SODA)
- Handling other administrative tasks (including small purchases, etc.)
- Other matters according to interest and time commitment

You will use the following skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience with (an) ERP package(s) is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of French is a plus
