Moulds for U-shaped drainage channels

5 complete moulds to manufacture U-shaped water drainage channels.
The elements are poured top-down and turned 180° after demoulding by means of an electric turning device. Both legs of the channels require drainage openings.

The tapered cones to form these openings remain fixed to the outside panels when they are opened.

The concrete element is turned together with its inside mould in order to keep the legs of the element stable whilst turning. After the element is set down, the inside mould is turned back towards its initial position.

The small lateral concrete supports are poured in a second stage with an articulating set of small forms. The main moulds are adjustable so they can accommodate a large variety of channel sizes.
