Flexbox adjustable mould for shafts

Construx was asked to conceive a fully adjustable shaft mould.

This mould is suitable to produce:

• Lift shafts
• Stair cores
• Box culverts

Specifications of the elements than can be made:

• Internal short side adjustable per 100mm from 1800mm to 4000mm
• Internal long side adjustable from 2400mm to 6000mm
• Wall thickness adjustable per 50mm from 200mm to 450mm
• Maximum height 2700mm
• Continuous height adjustment up to 1600mm
• Bases 195mm and 295mm wide
• Chamfered corners 250/250mm, 300/300mm, 350/350mm and 500/500mm
