Moulds for facade elements with brick inlay
These facade elements are sandwich panels and are produced as such
Production sequence:
- Bricks are placed in the mould on a laser cut grid
- First pour is done with white concrete
- Insulation is placed
- Structural grey concrete is cast on top of the insulation
- After stripping, the element is flushed with white mortar
The standard elements weights 15,5T and measures 7,20m by 3,66m
