Moulds for light shaft elements

All 4 moulds are fully hydraulically operated

Following actions are hydraulic:

• Opening, closing, adjusting and securing outside panels
• Shrinking, adjusting and securing inside mould and its infill panels

Adjusting the width of the inside mould is done with infill panels at 100mm increments. Single and double sided horseshoe side-forms and step-ends fit perfectly on the mould.

• Height inside mould 1500mm

Mould n°2

• Overall length 6500mm
• Width inside mould 850mm to 2550mm
• Height inside mould 1500mm

Mould n°3

• Overall length 8500mm
• Width inside mould, 850mm to 1550mm
• Height inside mould 1000mm

Mould n°4

• Overall length 8500mm
• Width inside mould, 1800mm to 2300mm
• Height inside mould 1000mm
