Various moulds for substations for the Belgian market

Type 1: Single substation with fixed dimensions

• L 3450mm x W 2700mm x H 2910mm, wall thickness at the top 70mm, with enlargement inside and outside 

Type 2: Tower substation consisting of 2 parts

• Base: L 1830mm x  W 1660mm x H 2535mm, wall thickness at the top 68mm, wall thickness at the base 152mm

• Superstructure: L 1770mm x W 1570mm x H 1680mm, wall thickness at the top 68mm, wall thickness at the base 82mm

Both the base and the superstructure are cast upside down and turned 180° the next day using a tilting frame. 

Type 3: Medium voltage substation

• L 6360mm x B 2660mm x H 2500mm, wall thickness 80mm
