Fully hydraulic moulds for 2 similar projects in Breda and Amsterdam
The walls and the roof are cast as one single unit in their upright position. The outside moulds consist of 2 L-shaped parts which open hydraulically. The inside moulds shrink hydraulically by means of a wedge system.
The bases have 4 feet recesses and they feature a pattern of openings to let the rebar stick through. These openings are sealed or released in 1 single movement. After the first phase, the unit is placed onto a formwork table, sitting on its 4 feet, after which the floor slab is cast.
