Flexcaster stair mould with hydraulic handpumps
This is an economic solution when there is no need to tilt the stair mould
These Flexcasters are equipped with a hydraulic handpump instead of a hydraulic group to adjust risers and goings.
The synchronised adjustment mechanism for risers and goings is the same as for a full hydraulic Flexcaster:
- 2 horizontal cylinders adjust the distance in between the individual steps
- 2 vertical cylinders adjust the angle between the steps
Consequently, both goings and risers are hydraulically controlled.
As a standard feature, the goings are adjustable between 200mm and 320mm and the risers are adjustable between 150mm and 200mm.
The width of this type of stair moulds is limited to 1500mm.
